Event Policy
A request to cancel a registration and/or request a refund must be made in writing to Info@NewYorkMGMA.com
.  An administrative fee may apply for a cancellation received within one week of the event. We regret that a refund will not be issued to an individual who does not attend the event.

Event registration implies consent that any pictures or video taken during the event can be used for event coverage and promotional purposes. New York MGMA is able to use your likeness without remuneration.

            About the Speakers:

            Traci Boris, JD is a Partner at Barclay Damon and a member of the firm's Health Care and Human Services Practice area and a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Practice area. Traci focuses her practice on counseling individual practitioners, owners, administrators, directors, and employees of health care practices and health care-related facilities, including physicians, licensed medical personnel, hospitals, and clinics. She has extensive experience providing guidance in all areas impacting health care practitioners.


            Tricia Lu, JD, MHA
            is an Associate in Barclay Damon's Health Care Practice Area. She counsels hospitals, physician practices, and other health care organizations on regulatory, compliance, transactional, and operational matters. Before practicing law, Tricia served in senior health care leadership roles at leading New York City health care institutions, overseeing clinical operations, physician practices, compliance, quality, strategic planning, and finance. She also serves as the Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer for a New York City hospital.
