Prior authorization remains one of the most time-consuming and frustrating administrative challenges in healthcare, contributing to staff burnout, delayed patient care and rising operational costs. This session explores how AI is being used today to streamline prior authorization workflows, reduce manual tasks, improve documentation and support fast and consistent decision making. Participants will gain a practice understanding of current AI applications and emerging technologies.
