Speaker Bio:
Mandi Diamond, a member of DataGen, Inc.'s Practice Advancement Strategies team, brings over 25 years of experience in clinical project management and IT. Since joining HANYS in 2015, she has supported practices of all sizes and specialties in achieving Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition, value-based initiatives, and NCQA accreditation programs such as PCSP and HEA.
Mandi integrates project and change management to help practices adopt new workflows and quality initiatives, offering tailored on-site and virtual support. Her efforts focus on improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and fostering performance improvement. She has also spoken at NCQA and Becker’s national events.
Previously, Mandi served as Clinical IT Project Manager at Long Island Community Hospital, leading initiatives like Meaningful Use, PCMH, and DSRIP. Before that, she managed nationwide teams in e-prescribing and EMR adoption. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Stony Brook and a PCMH Clinical Content Expert (CCE) certificate.
