We will have a very brief look at Lean Six. The focus of this discussion is on the principles of meeting the customer (patient) expectation and eliminating waste. You, as a leader/manager will identify how you can change your mindset to apply these principles in your culture, improve your operations, retain and improve staff efficiency, application of these with technology and optimize the use of your resources that are available.
