Training Medical Office Staff to Improve Patient Experience and Manage Risk
Tuesday, June 1
12:00pm-1:00pm
Presented By:Elizabeth Gousse Ballotte - Principal, Grassi Healthcare Advisors
Webinar Summary: Front-office staff play a vital role in a medical practice’s reputation and patient experience. Even so, most training programs focus primarily on the operational and procedural requirements of their positions. Little attention is paid to how these team members can advance the practice’s patient satisfaction and business development goals. This session will outline the elements of a training program that addresses these key objectives and teaches administrative staff the principles of effective patient communication and management. The presentation will also cover the specific interpersonal skills to look for in new hires and how to cultivate those skills in current staff members.
