Ikram founded MVP Networking Consulting in 2002. The author of the book “Computers Should Just Work!”, he has over 25 years of IT experience and is an expert in Healthcare IT and HIPAA Compliance. MVP has over 60 employees and over 300 clients, a majority of which are in the healthcare industry. Ikram has worked with some of the largest names in healthcare and continues to lead the industry in best cyber security and HIPAA Compliance practices.
Jeanette Ball, Client Solution Executive

Ms. Jeanette Ball brings an extensive clinical, population health and healthcare administrative background to CTG. As a senior consultant, and Registered Nurse, Ms. Ball has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including a 10-year history of outpatient medical center executive administration, and more than 10 years as a senior consultant in clinical application design, population health strategies and overall health system preparation for responding to health care reform and value based care.
Ms. Ball has worked on groundbreaking RHIO development, and has assisted dozens of ambulatory practices with PCMH recognition, and practice workflow efficiencies for improving health outcomes. She became a NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert in 2013, as one of the first PCMH CCEs in the nation.
Nick A. Fabrizio, Founder
Fabrizio, DeLine & Grant Consulting Group, LLC
Dr. Fabrizio has over 25 years of experience as a strategist, executive and negotiator. He is recognized across the nation for his work with hospital boards, hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers and physician-owned medical groups. He spent 10 years as the practice administrator for the Department of Family Medicine at Upstate Medical University and 12 years as a Principal Consultant with MGMA working with hospitals, health systems and hundreds of medical group practices. He is also past President of NYMGMA and former Regent for the American College of Healthcare Administrators.
Currently, Dr. Fabrizio is a faculty member at Cornell University in the Department of Policy and Analysis in the Sloan Graduate Program in Health Administration where he teaches Management and Organizational Behavior. He also developed eCornell’s Healthcare Certificate Program.
