Melody Butler is a mother of four and a Registered Nurse. She works on Long Island, New York, as an Infection Preventionist with previous pediatric nursing experience.  In 2011, she founded Nurses Who Vaccinate. She serves on advisory roles within national public health organizations such as Voices for Vaccines, Every Child By Two, and Shot@Life, an United Nations Foundation Campaign. She is currently serving as a member of the National Vaccine Advisory Committee (NVAC). Melody is dedicated to helping children everywhere lead happy and healthy lives

During this presentation we will:

• Summarize the vaccine conversation happening on Social media, main stream news, and among colleagues.
• Understand common vaccine questions and be able to address concerns.
• Identify vaccine advocacy tools that can be used on social media, or for one-one interactions with patients and colleagues.
