Considerations for Healthcare Employers

This webinar will explore the Me Too and the Time’s Up Movements and how they affect the healthcare industry, specifically considerations for healthcare employers. This will include discussion of the current federal and state laws governing sexual harassment and, in particular, sexual harassment prevention training and arbitration and settlement of sexual harassment claims. In addition, we will be discussing proactive approaches for employers to prevent sexual harassment in their respective hospitals, clinics and doctor offices.
About the Speakers
Gregory B. Reilly

Mr. Reilly is an experienced litigator and counselor with over 25 years of experience practicing employment and labor law. As Partner and Head of MCB’s Employment & Labor Practice Group, Mr. Reilly represents employers, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including health care, hospitality, retail and staffing.
Mr. Reilly has extensive experience in all aspects of employment and labor law including: wage and hour laws, wrongful termination, non-compete and non-solicitation litigation, class and collective action lawsuits, and litigation involving discrimination and workplace harassment, among other employment issues. Mr. Reilly represents employers in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Mr. Reilly earned his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1985, and his J.D.from Harvard Law School in 1988.
Aisling M. McAllister

Ms. McAllister is a Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP. She is a counselor and litigator with the Firm’s Employment & Labor practice group. She represents clients on employment related issues ranging
from discrimination and harassment to violations of all state and federal wage and hour laws in a wide variety of industries including health care, hospitality, staffing, accounting, and retail.
Ms. McAllister successfully represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the New York State and New York City anti-discrimination agencies. She provides vigorous defense in federal and state courts in employment actions, and manages complex and often contentious discovery. Ms. McAllister received her B.A., with honors, from Rutgers College in 1999 and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, with International Moot Court Honors, in 2008. She is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New
York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
